1.The fully automatic flipping paper collection machine is a supporting product of the paper laminating machine. It can be connected to the paper laminating machine of any manufacturer to arrange the laminated paper into piles according to the specified number. It is an automated equipment that integrates paper collection, stacking, intermittent flipping, stacking and other functions. It can realize positive and negative stacking, effectively prevent the deformation of the cardboard after laminating, and reduce the labor intensity of manual paper collection.

2. The transmission wheel connects with the laminating machine press belt to transmit power. The laminated paper is separated by the transmission wheel and the synchronous belt and falls onto the paper push-down table. When the set number of papers is reached, the paper separation rod is lifted to separate the papers.

3. The automatic clamping system is used to stack the front and back of the paper alternately and neatly, so that the mounted products are flat, stiff and glue-free, which is more conducive to the subsequent production.

4. The motor drives the chain to drive the push plate forward and backward to push the rising stack of paper into the paper receiving table to wait for stacking.

5. The reciprocating motion of the four-sided clamping plate can align and straighten the four sides of the collected paper to ensure the neatness of the collected paper.

6. When the paper stack reaches a height of 1.7 meters, the paper receiving platform automatically lowers and the entire stack of paper is pulled out by a hydraulic vehicle. At the same time, the auxiliary paper receiving platform automatically intervenes to complete the non-stop paper receiving.
